strange Logbook bug

Hello,

I bought this game a week after release or so and experiece strange unit logbook entries.

There are always 2 to 4 entries obout unit commissions. When I remove a commader, sometimes a wrong name is shown in the log (Kensui Tanaka takes command and leaves as John Brown :shock: )!

Also, I experienced this problem after the recent patches, when starting new campaigns or loading old ones. Uninstalling the game and deleting the MyGames/OOBP folder did not help.

Here is an example of how my logbooks look like:
