Because for example the complete Panzer Corps Grand Campaign are available in german language, I have the same gladly for this game / Add-On too!

I agree with you and mind you, I'm not German and I don't even need the language pack, but in my opinion it turns the game into a mess for German speaking customers, when some parts are still in English, regardless the fact that this update is free. There is also such a thing called "Love for the game" that should encourage the developers that make sure that there isn't going to be a mix of two languages, when only one is selected. If this would be my "baby" as a developer, I would make sure that all 4 languages are supported, even if I had to sacrifice my own spare time to fix it without getting paid, call me crazy for all I care.

PS: Isn't here a way for the community to help with the translations? Come on... try to find a solution, I bet my life on it that lots of your customers speak German.

This mod is very cool. Just played it for the first time -- I was able to reduce German morale to 5/100 at the end, so I lost! Have to get my bombers to kill one more troop transport earlier! Thanks for the free content -- sure didn't get anything like this with Panzer Corps.

Hätte mich auch über eine deutsche Übersetzung gefreut ... besonders für den Editor z.B., aber Battle of Britain habe ich gerade noch so geschafft. Für mehr reicht es nicht, also nichts mit Übersetzung

Because I disagree with you completely. There are nice content that is playing well and who has the DLC's, does not need more mods. But you get enough supply of great battles for free, even from employees at Slitherine.

There is a bug in the north when the bombers start coming in around Hull and the nearby airport. When over land, many times the German planes aren't attackable by fighters. You get the targeting reticle and click and then nothing happens but your plane's turn is done. The first exchange happens when the German tries to move away but not when you attempt to attack.

I keep forgetting this mod. I have it, I just haven't played it. Too busy saving one battleship at Pearl Harbor by one strength point (true story) and getting MacArthur out of Bataan by the skin of his teeth (another true story). Yet, not only is OOB capable of satisfying my craving for sea battle, but aerial warfare as well. Where you guys been all my wargaming life?

Not that I know of.

As with most mods (I've made quite a few for PzC), it is quite painful to convert something that is well balanced for one side, and make it work just as well for the other.

Plus, you would lose some of the defensive action as the Germans, jsut having to hunt Pop centres and stuff. I wouldn't want to play something that is only 50% complete!

I am unsure whether it is the engine or the way the mod is configured.

It seems very cpu intensive, especially on the AI turn late game.

The 2015 map of Europe is really silly, if not pathetic. Remembers me of the Panzer Corps GC where the Wehrmacht had to invade Breslau in 1939 before someone fixed this embarrassing bug.

anyone know how the morale system is controlled? I can guess that having germans bomb british cities and sink shipping lowers morale, but does it work the same for germans? I notice shooting down their medium bomber does not seem to have an effect, even though I get an event message about doing so.

After playing more, I see the problem I was having. The morale system is VERY buggy. Sometimes it will give you negative morale for losing a ship, sometimes not. Shooting down German medium bombers sometimes grants -5 morale to Germans, sometimes not. Typically, If I do more than one thing that will give negative German morale in a single turn, the second thing I do does not generate any negative morale, even though it should. Also, morale can go into negative numbers (Germans are currently at -10!)... uh, how can morale go below "0"?

surpised nobody else has reported this? I'm playing with the 2.39 patch.

couple of other things I noticed:

You can use your strategic bombers to go behind enemy lines and bomb the hell out of their rear airfields, and you can reduce the supply on those airfields to zero; even destroying any enemy aircraft using them. What's more, so long as you stay out of direct sight of any AA units... the AI completely ignores you, repeatedly landing new aircraft on the field you just bombed.

however... it still lets the Germans put as many aircraft there as they like, even if supply is now "0", and lets them land and launch from airfields that should now be nothing more than piles of rubble.

might want to fix both that and the fact that apparently there are no routines in place for the AI to deal with counterstrikes behind their lines.

finally, a couple of very minor bugs:
-sometimes when I shoot down an enemy unit, it remains on the map until I reload or the next turn starts.
-sometimes the background music stops playing for no reason I can tell; starts again if I reload a save.
