Error ending game

I've just won a Coral Sea MP game (one of Erik's brilliant custom maps).
The Victory splash screen shows correctly, but then OOB stalls while 'Uploading turn... Please wait...'
The only way to continue is to quit the game.
Strangely, even tho OOB gave no indication that this game had been uploaded, it has been correctly removed from my MP list.
