Should I update or not?

I have been reading a lot about the 1.9.3 update and I am hesitant to download and install it. I’ve read that some people have had some serious issues with it. For example, some have stated that after the download they can’t play their regular OOB, others talk about how it has messed up their original files. Although I am eager to play the Battle of Britain download (and thanks for making this free guys!) I don’t want it to mess up all my previous saved games, and original files on my perfectly running OOB-Pacific.

So just because of the Battle of Britain, the circus is not worthwhile. Two scenarios are too little, as I had after the "big" announcement here more expected
If you find mistakes may keep them or send to Google, the Google there are errors

I only had small file change after 1.9.3 update was easy sort so I suggest downloading it. As for the Battle of Britain mod I enjoyed yes was short but was fun and free. I hope its helping the creators have ideas for campaigns for future.
