Strings in v1.9.3c

With new 1.9.3c patch there is a problem with strings in the editor. To my knowledge it affects scenario name, scenario description, outcome title and outcome description.

If one tries to edit those fields edited values will disappear upon saving and they will be replaced by values of the scenario that was previously loaded. Erasing _temp folder under scenarios folder is not helping here.
