I tried to get some information on the Matrix forum, but this game is not very busy over there!
I have Strategic Command WWII Pacific, which I don't care a lot for. Is this game pretty similar to it? Also, it looks like there is only linked campaigns to play with no stand alone scenarios of particular battles, Coral Sea, Guadalcanal, etc.
Any info would be appreciated. And besides SC WWII Pacific won't run on Windows 10. I see where this title is supposed to.

Re: SC Pacific
can't comment on Strategic Command WWII Pacific as I have never played it.
As for single player scenarios, yes, there are some single player scenarios. And, users have been modding away with the editor and have multiple single player scenarios of alot of those battles you mentioned.
Check out this area for those scenarios...viewtopic.php?f=374&t=64990

Thanks for the info! I may download this games because SC Pacific won't work for me on Windows 10, and I can't devote my life to GG WitP! I have plenty of European war games, but not much about the Pacific...

Re: SC Pacific
I have all of the Strategic Command series. I liked the global aspect of the game but the supply system was unfriendly and I didn't like the squares. I prefer hexes.
Strategic Command 3 is being produced as we speak. Don't know when it will be released. I track it on Matrix games.
The mechanics of OOB: Pacific is easy to learn and, as they say, the strategy is more difficult to master. Which is good. Supply system is excellent as far as I'm concerned and the multiplayer is a lot of fun, usually.
I would unhesitatingly recommend OOB: Pacific to my friends, which I did.

I reckon SC Pacific is pretty good, but OOB is 100 times better!

BiteNibbleChomp--After a person downloads that WWI mod you have at bottom of your post, where does it go in Panzer corp directory?
If it is a nightmare to get to work then forget it.
Thanks, larry

You will need to create a folder in the PzC directory called 'MODS', and set up the JSGME.Yolo911 wrote:BiteNibbleChomp--After a person downloads that WWI mod you have at bottom of your post, where does it go in Panzer corp directory?

Re: SC Pacific
Thanks for the reply, but at JSGME I stopped. Don't need the hassels. I can live without it.
