new purchase, trouble installing

Just recently purchased this game off the Matrix Games site, downloaded the game and I am now having trouble getting it to load and play. First of all, after my initial download, I was required to purchase Winzip to load my game. I have bought numerous games off of Matrix and have never had to buy another item to load my game. (technically this is the first time I have bought a game with the download only, normally I buy the CD option too, so if this is why I need another download tool I'll know never to do that again). Anyway, purchased Winzip, loaded that, game still will not download. I am not very computer smart so I need suggestions from the guru's out there to tell me what I am doing wrong and how to get my game loaded up. (I have already submitted a help ticket thru the Matrix Games site but I will take any and all the help I can get). And BTW, now that I have Win Zip, will this help me if I want add the numerous Panzer Corp user created scenarios and campaigns. I know that these are not like the BA and BA2 where I just go to the game and add the new content thru the game. I am not very computer savvy and having tried to add some of this material just absolutely eludes me and I would really like to try some of this new material. (I have this up in another topic site but sent it here too probably best place for it to get your help.

You don't need to purchase a third party program to unzip the downloaded game installer file.
Your Windows should have a built-in unzip program.
When you unzip the downloaded file OrderOfBattle-Pacific-SetupRelease-183.zip you will extract two files one for PC Windows named OrderOfBattle-Pacific-SetupRelease-158.exe and the other for MAC OSX OOBP-GM-1.8.3-Mac.dmg.
Perhaps you are trying to unzip also the MAC file. This file is only for MAC users. You should install using the OrderOfBattle-Pacific-SetupRelease-158.exe file.
Anyway I've noticed that you have already opened a Matrix Games Helpdesk ticket and I have provided you with a download link containing only the PC Windows game installer file OrderOfBattle-Pacific-SetupRelease-158.exe.
