Swabian War

I am planning to start an ad hoc campaign to include the participants in the Swabian War of 1499. The Swiss 1494-1515 list is obvious, but there are two choices to cover the Imperial armies: German States 1494-1542 or Imperialist 1492-1519. The Imperialist list contains Italian troops, so I assume that this is more appropriate to represent Emperor Maximilian I's intervention in the Italian Wars (although the Imperial army at the battle of Calven had Italian mercenaries), and that the German States list would better represent the Swabian League. Any recommendations?

I started my campaign using the German States 1494-1542 list figuring it represented the predominantly Swabian League armies north and west of Lake Constance, while the Imperialist 1492-1519 list would be good for Hapsburg armies south and east of the lake.
