Update newly installed game

Just purchased and installed Order of Battle Pacific. Everything went well. I ran the game first time and it said a newer version of game was available. I selected next and received this message 'Error: unable to download file. Could not open destination file for writing. What do I need to do?

Usually this means that a Internet security program (like anti-virus, firewall, etc.) is interfering with the game update feature.
Try updating the game manually by downloading the patch from the following link:
ftp://ftp.matrixgames.com/pub/OrderOfBa ... p-v183.zip
Once you have downloaded the file please unzip it. Run the extracted file to update the game.

I shut the computer down last night and when I tried today, the update worked.
