Remove the layer button when a plane is selected

Aristos, Please could you remove the layer button when players already have a 'plane selected.

I just had a dive bomber selected, so OOB Pacific automatically switched into its 'sky' layer (although actually it would be more helpful to stay in the 'ground/sea' layer when a bomber is selected).

So I wanted to switch back to the ground/sea layer, to choose a target to bomb, but when I moved the cursor over the layer button (top left), the dive bomber decided this was where I wanted it to fly to, and moved there instead. Bomber's move ended. And no change in layer...

I always use Tab on the keyboard when I want to switch between air/ground.
