sure, will try with NASA next time, I think it will prolly be easier to get in in early 1963 or even late 1962.

Done. 2/1962, Soviet.

Would have been a turn earlier, but silly me did an Earth orbit mission the turn before that. My heroic cosmonauts were just resting instead of bringing even further glory to the great Soviet regime.

That's the best I can do, I think... can't figure out a faster way as USA, and can't improve the Russian way. Always something comes in the way, like unexpected failures at 80+% reliability or someone critical leaving the program.

Well well, it appears I could do better, but not much.

1/1962 as Soviets. Ran out of money, otherwise I would have made it 4/1961.
