MP with Wine?

Has anyone been able to get multiplayer running on a Mac with Wine? I am running Campaigns using Wineskin engine 1.7.44 and it is working beautifully, except that I can't seem to be able to download multiplayer turns. I am able to issue and accept challenges, but when I try to load my turn the status bar just freezes indefinitely. Has anyone had (or solved?) this problem? I'm looking forward to playing some MP.

Hello,

For me it seems to be working. I am using wine 1.6.2 with the Steam version of the game on Mavericks

Thanks for the suggestion. I switched to the 1.6.2 build, but it doesn't seem to have helped (then again I'm not running the Steam version). Are ther any .dlls or configurations that you needed to adjust?
