Upgrading from BA2 Early Access to Full Game

Going back a year or two I bought the early access version of BA2.
I played it for a while but never got the final version set up.
I have the original purchase document and the program still resides in My Documents/My Games although the launcher seems to be missing.
Is resurrection possible?
