On the right side of the map there is an isolated island, two hexes wide, featuring Japanese flag. There is no point of capturing it because supply source can not add its output to the sum of all supply on the map because island is territory for itself. Nonetheless doing described mistake was a good reminder for everything said above and a good lesson learned.

On the bottom of the map, near airfield that player will surely capture early on, are exit zones for planes. Since unit that exits the map trough such zones can be replaced to its full strength while being in reserve and even if it is not damaged it will return on the map with its fuel fully resupplied it makes using those zones much more beneficial than using the airfield itself.

If airfield is used:

(T)urn 1 - land on an airfield.

T2 - replace loses, up to 5 max replacements per turn.

T3 - fly adjacent to airfield.

If exit zones are used:

T1 - fly on the exit zone.

T2 - move into reserve, replace ALL loses, deploy on map.

Not to mention how exit zones are more accessible if player flies from the left, upper-left part of the map and as a bonus deployment hexes are positioned in a way to be distant from the airfield for one or one and a half turns making deployment more closer to the frontline.

On screenshoot below one can see a tank and a medical jeep being supplied by a supply ship. Tank has 5 supply requirement and medical jeep 1. Still their total expenditure is 7. Why is that?

Air supply provided by the airfield is in surplus by +1 but airfield itself is located on territory that suffers from land supply shortage. If aircraft lands on airfield hangar appears shoving 0 supply requirement but still having icon signalizing supply problems. Does this situation affect aircrafts in any way?

Patrol Boat is apparently not providing any supply for landing troops and I did not expect it to provide naval transport for adjacent land units either because of it but it does. Not sure is this intended, it does not have much logic either but I do like this added usefullness of Patrol Boats.

Hm not sure about the -7 supply for the jeep and tank...

As for air supply, I believe aircraft repair is slower or prohibited if the land region is on low supply or out of supply respectively. But no other effects on the air supply output.

PT boats evacuated the general staff from the Bataan peninsula so yes they can be used to extract ground units. Perhaps they should provide 1 or 2 coastal supply as well.

It is possible to deploy units on exit (undeploy?) zone making unit disappear on turn one.
