Editor: Check VP count

I need some help from a grown-up.

I want to set up a primary objective where the players win if he/she holds 3 out of 4 primary objectives for 20 turns (ie on turn# 20).
It is difficult to see the VP value type, but I think I have selected ' = '
Looks like the other types are ' > ', ' < ' and ' != '

The order screen 4/2 looks a bit odd, though...

Are you sure there is no other trigger condition linked to this objective? If you use "= 3" it should say "x / 3".
