Shooting and Moderate Disorder

Is there any penalty by being Moderately Disordered by terrain (i.e. Light Artillery in Rough) when shooting at an enemy? I didn't see anything in the manual, and there is no after shooting summary window as there is with close combat.

Yes, shooting is impaired by disorder.
