Can't launch BA2 on PC

I'm running Windows 10 on PC. Trying to start BA2 but when I do the entire screen display just flashes on and off continually, and game doesn't start. Have to CTRL-ALT-DEL out. And there's no error.log file. Any ideas?

If you look in the options.txt file in My Documents/My Games/BA2 what are the REZX and REZY entries? Are they what you would expect for your screen?

They weren't, I adjusted and that resolved it. thx
