Looking for GS 3.1 PBEM (Allies) opponent

Looking for PBEM opponent for a GS 3.1 game, am fairly inexperienced, but have played a number of hotseat games against a slightly more experienced local human opponent (who unfortunately doesn't have time to play any more), so not a complete newbie, though only one continued past 1943. Have also played an number of practice solo hotseat games and also versus the AI (though playing a human opponent is completely different!), and have been lurking here for a while and trying to gain strategy tips from the AARs etc.

Would like to play as the Axis, if possible, as have a little more experience playing them. At this stage, whilst I will try to play my best and offer some challenge, I care more about learning how to play well, rather than whether I win or lose, so am happy to play against a more experienced opponent.
