iPad - Reinstalling game does not bring back Mega Pack

Apple gave me an F off and die- go talk to you. You have any ideas?

That was my guess too. My account on iTunes dates back to 2010ish which is before they made it madatory that your account ID be your email address. That means my original iTunes ID was different from what it is now ( which is my email address per their mandate). However both IDs were merged according to their instructions. I bought both the base game and Mega Pack 11 days apart on my newer ID.

Yet, this issue has caused me trouble before

Provided that you are using the same account, and that this account does have the purchase registered, then you should be able to restore the purchase from within the app. So when you are in the game, can you go to the Shop button then click "Restore" and see if it will restore the purchase.

If it does not, then please see the below guide, which has some other fixes.
If you try the restore option and nothing happens, or you get an error, follow these steps:
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase. Sign in with a different Apple ID if you need to.
Check the restrictions on your device to make sure in-app purchases are allowed.
Check your purchase history in iTunes on your computer to make sure you were charged for the purchase.
Restart your device.

VP, Joe, I went to the Genius Bar today to have them tidy up my iTunes Account and IDs. Between the three of you genii it worked. Thank you very much.
