THIS IS ANNOYING

Post by SSLConf_Yolo911 »

I am also playing CZero in the scenario Imphal-Kohima 1944 and now I have all four issues with this one too. And I can't contact him to tell him I want to do my turn but can't. PM's don't get anyone's attention.

I wish I had never put on v1.8.3 Before that I never had a problem. Anyway to revert back?

If you want to revert you need to uninstall, reinstall and apply the previous patch.
But there may be problems playing against other players that may use 1.8.3, the devs need to answer that one.

I also play against CZero in a custom scenario and there was no problem uploading the turn.
Messages also work for me.

It may help the devs if you attach a zipped output_log.txt (after you have downloaded your turn, played and tried to upload).

(Personally I would stick with 1.8.3 until it is fixed).

You can only play multiplayer with the latest version.

If there is an issue let us know what and we'll fix it ASAP.

Ian, I did list four issues in the TECH section before starting this thread. It seems you are inferring I am the only one with these issues. Is that the case?

We'll look into the issue. I'm succesfully playing a MP game myself at the moment though.

Are you experiencing this issue against specific players?

against CZero and Creestol01(or something like that.) ANd it is the Jungle one and the Imphal-Kohima 1944.

WE got a few turns in before the problems occurred.

I am playing The Fork with CZero and no problems with that one, but it is a 2v2 and not a 1v1.

Was this the first turn you played since the new patch? If so that might indicate a problem with custom scenarios.

The problems didn't start with the first turn of either scenario. I was able to play a few turns in each game. But the problems did start after I installed 1.8.3. but of course the Jungle didn't become available until after the patch.

I'm also playing Papau - New Guinea with Komodo. Everything seems fine except when I right click on the small map. Everything freezes and the map does not display.
