New Zealand - IJN Campaign

Post by Longasc »

After a surprisingly easy battle for Brisbane I have now reached New Zealand. General MacArthur got captured in the last scenario.

I wonder if the super slow but "Super Heavy Tank I/O" is worth it or just a slow moving liability, ineffective on the offensive?

Any other hints are appreciated, of course, too. :)

This is already a monologue, but I think I crushed the enemy counteroffensive. :)
Notice the super heavy tank, it was quite useful for holding that bridge.

The counter attack AFTER I took the final objective was unexpected and quite annoying, even if it was not really a problem to defeat.
The final turns became quite a long many units slogging it out match.

Melbourne, here I come.
