Question about the AI control in Editor

What is the fourth line in the AI Control window for?
The top line is the AI Team Number
The second line is Aggression
The third line is the Target AI Point
but the fourth line has no title and just a number. Does this line do anything? Or is it reserved for some future development?

Also, at the bottom of the window are two buttons - "Cycle Through AI Points" and "Place AI Point". What is the difference between the "Cycle" button and the third line (Target AI Point)?

The 4th entry is for user-defined values which you can read from a custom AI script.
