Re-downloading Kursk expansions from iTunes store

I recently re-downloaded BA2 from my purchased apps on my iPad (after the game crashed on me a couple of times), but when I tried to re-download the Kursk expansion from inside the app, it asked me to confirm that I wanted to pay $9.99 to purchase. I purchased the Kursk expansion months ago - why does it not recognize? How do I re-download the expansion without re-paying?

You should just be able to use the Restore button on the main menu to unlock any purchased content, assuming you are logged in to your iPad with the same login as you purchased the expansion with.
