Hard drive failure

I lost my hard drive. I had a backup portable drive and on it was Afrika Korps as well as a text doc with my serial. I also have the Grand campaign downloads with serials. What I am missing is the Panzer Corps Wehrmacht serial. I purchased this back in 2011 or even earlier as a non-Steam download. How do I go about recovering the serial? I want to try the new Sealion campaign, but I would rather not re-purchase PC as well.
