Hi gents,
I have been playing around with the units as per Spedius instructions, and have been able to load romans in the celtic campaign and viceversa. Nice, wonderful. Thanks again Spedius.
Now, I'm trying to figure how to change the leaders. That is, using the Legate in the Celtic campaign and the Celtic General in the Roman one... That would make for an absolutely new game for free!
Any hints?

Your're more than welcome, glad to be able to do something to make you happy.
Regarding the switching Generals thing. Try "switching off" the General that you don't want. You may have to recruit the one that you do want though at 50 denari. Alternatively, if you're playing the Roman campaign and want a Celtic General to lead a Celtic army, "switch off" the Legate and ensure the Celtic General is MadeBy Republican. The reverse applies if you're playing the Celtic campaign with a Roman army "switch off" the Celtic General and ensure the Legate is MadeBy Gauls. You may end up with the little start-up army (militia, skirmishers & scouts), minus a General, but you have 50 denari, recruit a new one.
The neat thing about this is that you can now "switch on and off" units/squads as many times as you want. I would recommend keeping a list though, of how they were originally, so you don't loose track.
I hope it helps, let me know how you get on?

I'm deep inside the Roman campaign (celtic leader and units, very hard setting), and it's as funnier as the original one! :D
Men in black was a nighmare until I gave weapons/armour/boots to my single unit of warriors...
I'm glad that you're enjoying yourself.
Has it made much of a difference being able to switch your armies around?
I've attributed your two finds to you in my "Roll of Honour", have you checked it out yet?
