Terrain and Movement

Hi folks,
Just getting to grips with the game, and had a couple questions:
1.) How does one edit the 'cost' of moving through different types of terrain? I was doing some experiments and noted that infantry units had the same movement range in a turn if they moved along a street, open ground, or through buildings. I wanted to know if there was a way for me to change that.
2.) How does one edit the amount of action points needed for certain actions? I wanted to increase the movement rate for my infantry a little bit, but also increase the cost of firing, to make it more difficult to fire and move in the same turn.

The terrain file defines the costs of moving through tiles. These costs need to be multiples of 2. Check out DATA/TERRAIN.TXT for the default file. Yours will live in the root of your campaign folder.

To change the costs of orders you would need to override the scripts for those orders (or add your own).
