Enemy movment stop being shown

I am playing some games with a friend PBEM and in turn 15 and 14 in a difrent game the enemy's movement stop showing,

Enemy movement is still clicked on, same as attacks, tried to reload the senario by crashing my game and that didnt help, still broken. We are both using the /nocache and both have the same problem.

This is the shortcut to the .EXE
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Panzer Corps\PanzerCorps.exe" /nocache
This is a shortcut from my desktop to the EXE file the /nocache is not directly in the EXE file

I really like this game its fun Single player but its almost the most fun I had with a game ever in multiplayer I simply love it, so its a rather large lost not being able to really play it, please help
