where is new units mod??

I want to spruce up the units on my Panzer Corps game; and I am aware that there is a mod out there by Puma which offers a set of new units as well as new versions of the stock units. I can’t find it anywhere, as all the links I have tried are either dead or lead to German sites, which not knowing the language I cannot navigate. Can anyone point to the mod so I can download it?
