Challenge Food arrangements

Am I the only person to think that the food arrangements are a bit strange? Evening meals served from 5pm to 7.30pm. But the second game can finish before this but game three starts at 5.30pm. So everybody will be trying to cram their meals into the ½ hour slot to be served and finished!!
Personally I find it difficult to eat at all until I have finished game three. Is it possible to get a cold option to be eaten after game 3? I do not mind pre ordering to allow this.
Will the beer be available later and to what time?

My fault, I misjudged the times,I was intending to have enough time for early and late finishers, I will move it, on a positive note the beer will continue into the evening, either by honesty box or paying Tim or me

Getting things later involves paying for staff for later hours but I will investigate.

What time is food served on the Friday night? There are a few of us that have paid for full board, but are travelling down from the frozen north (well, Durham) so may not get there until about 8pm or so......will we be able to eat, or should we think about getting something on the way down?

Pizzas are available until 9,so if you do arrive 8 ish one can check whilst others get the pizza, alternatively it may be less rushed if you had something on route, but then again I would be there even longer waiting for you ,
If you want to e mail me direct I can give you my mobile so you can let me know an eta I could probably make some arrangements for them to be available later if you are running late
