The light cruiser in the screenshot was attacked by the sub last turn.
The cruiser launched depth charges this turn.
Still it can be repaired by the support ship.
Seems to be two violations of the naval repair rules.

I think the light cruiser deserves to get sunk for this blatant violation of rules!

I am surprised that the AI can do this, as a player you definitely can't take an action other than moving and repair in the same turn.
