Destroyer vs sub

Currently a destroyer can launch depth charges over a ship between the attacker and the sub.
I think ships should block depth charges similar to blocking torpedo runs.

Another thing.
Subs that do not move should not be revealed by sonar if I remember correctly.
It seems this rule doesn't apply to AI subs, this one was attacked two turns in a row while sitting still. It did attack in t-1.
