crash updates

I have installed the updates 1.67 and 1.70 and the game has stopped working, the screen goes out in black and is blocked. They might give me a solution. :evil: :evil: :evil:

Please try the following:
Delete the Settings folder at:
....\Documents\My Games\Order of Battle - Pacific
