Recover password for multiplayer

How do I recover my password for multiplayer? The log-in screen says that my username and password for not match, but I don't know how to fix that issue. Thank you.

You can reset your account's password at:
http://samelogin.slitherine.com/Account ... urnUrl=%2F

Please make sure that the account you have registered the game is the same you are resetting the password.
