Re: Charge been evaded
One of our design precepts was to keep the game flowing as much as possible, hence there are no requirements for rallying from charges, evades or pursuits.Meliadus wrote:Hi I'm sorry if this has been asked before if a charge has been evaded what happens to the charger after he has moved his full move has he got to reorder or does he keep his order.
This is mainly for game reasons, but it can be justified on the basis of non-continuous battle pulses.
thanks for your answers guys while I'm here
. In the rules it says a flank attack may suffer an immediate drop in cohesion, but when I went to see how I could'nt find it in the rules how it came about, basicly i charged my immortals onto the flank of roman legioners, and we could'nt find where we had to to check for their loss of cohesion.
Many thanks again meliadus

I haven't got the page number handy, but it's in the IMPACT PHASE section, under CHARGING A FLANK OR REARMeliadus wrote: I could'nt find it in the rules how it came about, basicly i charged my immortals onto the flank of roman legioners, and we could'nt find where we had to to check for their loss of cohesion.
"A battle group charged in the flank or rear may suffer an immediate drop in cohesion and always fights at a major disadvantage in the impact phase".
