Nobades/Blemmyes again?

Just a quickie...could someone from the moderating group pehaps clarify if the Nob/Blem are in the Legions Triumphant book?
I have already asked if there was to be a list and was informed that it was only a possibility in a future book but on Osprey's website,where the lists are available for the future books to be released,there appears to be a reference to the Nob/Blems...albeit in brackets...clarification please?

There is no Nobades/Blemmye list in Legions Triumphant.

I think that came from an early list of armies Richard drew up - it contained the definited and, in brackets, the ones he wasn't certain of including.
