Completing US Campaign Doesn't Unlock Steam Achievement

Someone else posted about this, but I can confirm that it is the case. I have attached a save that is one turn away from victory.

For anyone experiencing this issue, keep your savegame from just before victory. Once we have patched this issue you'll be able to reload and get your victory.

Same issue, got all achievements done, except the 2 victory ones, Allies and Japan
