I wanted to say thanks to the devs for making a great game. Usually even in the games I like I seriously question some of the design decisions. But the new or changed stuff in OOB:P are almost unanimously improvements and good choices. The supply system is basic but sound. The command point system rather than a straight number-of-units system is excellent. Replacing suppression with efficiency works well, particularly in conjunction with the supply system. The expanded naval combat stuff is really nice. And, lastly, you'd think having Anti-Tank do support fire instead of Artillery wouldn't be a huge deal but it makes for a profound and GREAT improvement. Artillery is still very good but it no longer (as with the old Panzer Corps/Panzer General systems) forms the the unbeatable backbone of my forces. And it lets infantry be very important instead of a sideline.

Sure some things need tweaks. I hope to see OOB: Eastern Front for the more widespread armored combat (Since Pacific was so naval/infantry heavy). And maybe OOB:Italy. And... so much potential.
