Multiplayer login issue

Hi Guys

Been logging in no problem for ever and now I have a message saying:

MISSING_IDS_LOGIN_ERROR-10

Any suggestions gratefully recieved!

Hmmmm - that error I believe only happens if there is no data coming back from the login attempt. Could it be that you need to re-authorise the game through your firewall?

Pip is it possible to get rid of the issue that when i log into multiplayer and log out again for any reason and re login I get a needs to be validated error for sometimes 10 min before I can login again can you please remove this option when short of time and want to complete my online games and for some reason get out of MP and try to log back in I always have to wait. I'm sure this is some kind of security measure put in place for a valid reason but for legit layers it is a huge inconvenience.

It shouldn't take that long to log back in of course. Can you tell me exactly the sequence of events (popups/error messages) that you see please.
