Surrendering in MP crashes Game

Hi all...Whenever I surrender in a multi-player match it causes the game to crash with a runtime error popup. it still leaves the match in the current game list . Is there a fix for this so I can clear out the games I am not playing in the my games list

You may get more response from the company by posting in the tech support forum instead ?
