how do you play the single player maps ,with the hot seat

how do you play the single player maps ,with the hot seat. I see a few games , but can you play maps like letye gulf with the hotseat or those maps just for single players.

You need to open the scenario in the editor and set teh AI alliance to human.
Note that there are no victory objectives set for the AI, so you would probably need to create some unless this players only need to deny the 'real' human player his objectives.
