Completed the US campaign but didnt get the achievement

Wondering just completed the US campaign but why my steam account didnt register the Pax Americana achievement? Must I complete the tutorial to get that?

After completing the US campaign on Admiral difficulty I gotto summarize the US troops:

Tanks:
Really OP at the end lol nothing in Japanese arsenal can stop a Pershing.
That floating tank think the name is LVT something was really awesome.

Infantry:
Marine won the war hehehe Semper Fi

AT:
Not really needed as a US player

AA:
Those MG AA is better as the Japanese have more smaller planes

Recon:
Too important to stress this. Cant see means cant win

Planes:
P38 lighting was really really good and B29.

Arty:
US have the best arty IMO, Long tom and M12 really dominate any battlefield
