Notification message for new pins?

Pins are a great tool for coop coordination; the problem is, if they're not in your view, you'll never know your teammate is frantically trying to tell you something!

On beginning a new turn, it would be nice if a list of new pins showed up. Currently we have to use chat to tell each other about pins... kinda seems to defeat the point!
