Mopping up scenario

Seems to me there is a bug on this scenario. Last one on the French campaign. Achievement says to win objectives within 15 turns. That would be obtaining both bridges and 30 kills. I have done this twice with turns to spare and have not gotten the achievement. Am I missing something or is this an already known bug, Thanks in advance!
