Operation Vengence Triggered Too Early

Hey guys,

Real minor bug, but I thought I would bring it to your attention. I started a new USA campaign with the new patch, and after the battle of Midway, the assassination of Yamamoto is triggered too early. It is in 1942 when it should be 1943.

Fixed, now triggers after completing Guadalcanal.
