Windowed mode

Hi, been replaying one of my favorite games

I have trouble understanding the windowed mode of PC : i can only resize the window (which is not something i need)
once you have the game in windowed mode, how do you switch monitors, or drag the window on the desktop?

if i click the borderless window i don't have a drag symbol, if i hit windows + shift + arrow it projects the window but the background stays on the primary monitor... looks dirty

so,

- how can i send PC to the secondary monitor?
- how can i resize the window to leave the task bar under it?

Windows 8.1, got afrika, standard, allied.... etc

You can resize by going to one of the corners and press the left mouse button.
You can move the window if you press the the left mouse button over the UI bar.

great, i was looking for a title bar to move the window!
last question, is there a way to restore a resized window to full screen if you messed up?
