Problem ending turn

Custom scenario. Hitting end turn at turn 12/20 does nothing. I can move around the map and select previously moved units.

Edit: ending the game and restarting from save solved it.

Thanks paxuni, you are seeing the same problem as reported by someone else in the tech support forums. It is fixed now and the fix will be included in the patch.
