Tool tips for medals...maybe?

It is 1965 and the US ground war in Vietnam is in full swing. As a US Army commander, wage a counter-insurgency (COIN) war to secure the Ia Drang valley, on the border with Cambodia.

Tool tips for medals...maybe?

Hi again,

I was thinking a nice touch for the uniform screen would be a 'tooltip' pop up for each medal with the name and description....(I realize not right away but maybe in a future release :idea: :) )
