I looked for it too. Not every game allows it and I can well live with the game as it is. Could not resist the temptation to joke about it though.

Good question. Maybe I am wrong but it could be possible that the UNDO is not that easy to implement in the OOBP game system. Consider that moving units not only reveals hidden units but also alters borders.
