Type 90 75mm

Soooo... is it just me or is the type 90 75mm Japanese artillery/AT gun absolutely identical whether you buy it under ANTITANK or ARTILLERY, but the cost is 40 if you buy it as AT and 80 if you buy it as Artillery? The only difference is whether it starts in AT mode or artillery mode? And the cost is double?

yes, it looks as the two units have identical stats.
