Multiplayer games end way too abruptly

I loaded up the next turn in my multiplayer game, and a message immediately popped up saying I won. Ok, cool.

Once I clicked OK on that message, I was immediately dumped back into the lobby. Whoa. There was no chance to view the map and see the final layout or anything.

No chance to review the enemies last turn. They may not have even taken a final turn, but still, we should be able to view the map before leaving the game for good.

There was not even a chance to read any final parting comments in the chat box.

This really needs some improvement at end game, please.

Agree, it would be nice to be able to review the battlefield with FOW turned off after the game is over.

I would also like a way to extend MP-games when both players agree (you can use a cheat code in single player for this).
Sometimes the battle is not over after the standard number of turns.

Just another reason it would be nice to have live games as well as PBEM.

Yeah, I'm kind of surprised that multiplayer games just end like this. This game is so professionally done in all aspects, but this seems like a ball was dropped.
